How do I delete my account?

Today > Settings > Delete Account. This removes your account and all training data. It does not cancel a Block Pro subscription: cancel that first in Manage subscription.

A set did not save.

When you finish a session, only logged sets are saved. To add sets, open the session from History, tap the menu, then Edit Session.

How do I switch between kg and lb?

Today > Settings > Weight. Your data is stored in kg and converts on screen. Set the plates and bars you have in Today > Settings > Your gym.

Why was my set a no lift?

With Block Pro, each set with a target gets three lamps. Reps is white when you did every target rep. Load is white when the weight was at least the planned load, or at most for an assisted lift. A weight-and-reps set that beats the target's estimated max passes reps and load. Effort is white at or under the lift's target RPE (8 unless you set one). One red lamp makes the set a no lift. Warm-ups and drop sets are not judged.

What does Block Pro add, and what does it cost?

Logging, workouts, history and the Hevy import are free. Pro adds the lamps on every set with a target, next targets after each session, training blocks, the AI trainer (iOS 27), and connecting your own AI assistant. Pro Monthly is $4.99 a month. Pro Yearly is $39.99 a year and starts with a one-week free trial for new subscribers. Prices in other countries follow the App Store.

How do I cancel or change Block Pro?

Apple bills the subscription. Open Today > Settings > Block Pro > Manage subscription, or on your iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Block. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

I subscribed, but the app does not show Pro.

Sign in to the Block account you subscribed with, then tap Restore purchases in Today > Settings > Block Pro. Restore also moves a subscription to the account you are signed in to.

What can the trainer do?

It builds a complete program from your goal, days and gym, and after each session it proposes every lift's next load and reps. Between sets it can change the sets you have not logged yet. It also swaps lifts, moves a missed session and explains your lamps, and it cites its research. Open it with Ask trainer on Today or Plan. A change to your workouts or blocks comes as a card, and it saves only when you tap Apply. The trainer is part of Block Pro and needs iOS 27. It gives no medical advice. Which AI answers, and what does it cost?

Your own Claude key answers first, if you saved one. Otherwise Claude by Anthropic answers through Block once you allow it: Block Pro includes up to 60 Claude messages a month, within a monthly cost limit, and the count starts again on the first of the month. Today > Settings > AI > AI trainer shows what is left and lets you turn Claude off. With your own Anthropic API key, Claude Sonnet 5 answers every message, Anthropic bills your account, and Block sets no monthly limit. See Your Claude key.

How do I connect my AI assistant?

Today > Settings > AI > Connect an assistant shows Block's address. In Claude, open Customize > Connectors and add a custom connector with that address. Sign in with your Block email and a code or your password, and tap Allow. Gemini adds it as a custom app in the US. ChatGPT lists apps in its directory, where Block is not yet. Connected assistants need Block Pro. See or revoke them in Settings > AI > Connected assistants. The assistants guide has every step.

I signed up with Apple. How do I sign in on the connect page?

Open Settings > AI > Connect an assistant and set a password there. Then sign in on the page with the email shown in the app and that password.

Can I use Claude Code or an API key?

Claude Code connects as an assistant, with the same sign-in and no key: see Claude Code and scripts in the assistants guide. Block API keys are in Today > Settings > Advanced > API Keys (part of Block Pro). Revoke a key there at any time.
